Job Overview

Cornerstone OnDemand is looking for a Junior Support Specialist Intern to join its Global Customer Support team. The role involves providing Level 1 support to customers using Cornerstone products, troubleshooting application issues, responding to client queries, and ensuring excellent customer experience through multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver positive customer experiences while maintaining high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
  2. Follow Cornerstone support processes to achieve customer SLA commitments.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers through Salesforce CRM, email, and phone.
  4. Provide timely updates on support cases until resolution.
  5. Prioritize support requests based on customer impact and urgency.
  6. Escalate issues to higher-level support teams when required with proper documentation.
  7. Utilize knowledge bases, forums, and support resources to resolve issues.
  8. Continuously learn and improve knowledge of Cornerstone products and related technologies.
  9. Collaborate with team members to contribute to overall support success.
  10. Follow privacy and security standards while handling customer information.

Required Skills

  2. Knowledge of Cloud Computing concepts.
  3. Familiarity with FTP, SSO, SMTP, and HTML.
  4. Understanding of CRM platforms and support workflows.
  5. Basic awareness of customer support tools and ticketing systems.

Preferred Skills

  1. Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  2. Knowledge of SLA-driven customer support environments.
  3. Previous customer-facing support experience.
  4. Familiarity with application support processes.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
  2. Less than one year of customer-facing application support experience.
  3. Fresh graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
