Job Overview
Cornerstone OnDemand is looking for a Junior Support Specialist Intern to join its Global Customer Support team. The role involves providing Level 1 support to customers using Cornerstone products, troubleshooting application issues, responding to client queries, and ensuring excellent customer experience through multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver positive customer experiences while maintaining high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Follow Cornerstone support processes to achieve customer SLA commitments.
- Communicate effectively with customers through Salesforce CRM, email, and phone.
- Provide timely updates on support cases until resolution.
- Prioritize support requests based on customer impact and urgency.
- Escalate issues to higher-level support teams when required with proper documentation.
- Utilize knowledge bases, forums, and support resources to resolve issues.
- Continuously learn and improve knowledge of Cornerstone products and related technologies.
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to overall support success.
- Follow privacy and security standards while handling customer information.

- Understanding of CRM platforms and support workflows.
- Basic awareness of customer support tools and ticketing systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Knowledge of SLA-driven customer support environments.
- Previous customer-facing support experience.
- Familiarity with application support processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
- Less than one year of customer-facing application support experience.
- Fresh graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to work in a 24×7 support environment, primarily US shifts.
