Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive cross-functional data and analytics initiatives.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integrations.
- Define and track KPIs and business metrics with stakeholders.
- Perform data analysis on structured and unstructured datasets.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable business insights.
- Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Work on AI/ML assignments and drive programs to completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders to solve complex data challenges.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Data Science concepts.
- Hands-on experience with SnowSQL and IICS.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of source system analysis, data analysis, and data design.
- Ability to solve complex business and technical problems.
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
- Good collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with innovation-driven approach.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data quality management.
- Experience working with modern data technologies and enterprise data environments.
- Readiness to work in AI/ML-related initiatives and programs.
