Job Overview

Sutherland is hiring New Campus Associates for its FY’26 recruitment. The role focuses on providing customer support through calls, email, chat, or social media. Associates will handle customer questions and concerns, resolve requests, meet customer satisfaction and productivity targets, and follow company policies related to data security and confidentiality. This opportunity is open to 2026 graduates from various educational backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Resolve customer requests and inquiries through email, chat, or social media.
  2. Provide a positive customer experience during every interaction.
  3. Handle customer questions and concerns within the required timeframe.
  4. Achieve customer satisfaction targets.
  5. Meet assigned productivity goals.
  6. Achieve contact center statistics and service-level requirements.
  7. Follow contractual service-level agreements.
  8. Follow non-disclosure agreements and data security policies.
  9. Complete required upskilling courses and e-learning programs.
  10. Attend coaching and feedback sessions.
  11. Apply feedback received during coaching sessions.
  12. Maintain 100% schedule adherence.
  13. Maintain regular attendance.
  14. Contribute positively to reducing program shrinkage.
  15. Follow the processes and guidelines of the assigned program.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Candidates must be 2026 pass-outs.
  2. Candidates must have completed a full-time UG or PG degree.
  3. Graduates from Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Pharma, MBA, and MCA backgrounds can apply.
  4. Candidates should have excellent verbal English skills.
  5. Candidates should have excellent written English skills.
  6. Good analytical skills are required.
  7. Good typing skills are required.
  8. Candidates must be flexible to work in shifts.
  9. Candidates should be comfortable working night shifts when required.
  10. Candidates must reside within 25 km of the respective office location.
