Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the Global Performance team with real estate returns and portfolio data.
  2. Handle property-level and asset-level performance data validation.
  3. Generate different types of real estate performance returns.
  4. Prepare monthly and quarterly performance attribution reports.
  5. Review accuracy and integrity of performance benchmarks and reports.
  6. Analyze portfolio performance, peer rankings, and attribution results.
  7. Investigate variances in investment and portfolio performance.
  8. Maintain performance and benchmarking systems.
  9. Assist in system implementation and performance report design.
  10. Collaborate with Global Performance, Risk, and Investment teams.
  11. Work closely with Client, Sales, and Marketing teams for reporting needs.
  12. Support automation and process improvement initiatives.
  13. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
  14. Handle real estate data using Yardi or similar performance systems.
  15. Deliver accurate reports within defined timelines.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  1. 2 to 3+ years of experience in finance, fund administration, or real estate.
  2. Strong knowledge of performance reporting and benchmarking systems.
  3. Understanding of real estate asset and portfolio performance metrics.
  4. Experience with Yardi or Yardi Performance module is preferred.
  5. Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  6. Good understanding of accounting principles.
  7. Ability to interpret complex financial data.
  8. Proficiency in MS Excel.
  9. Knowledge of advanced Excel or macros is an advantage.
  10. Strong problem-solving abilities.
  11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  13. High attention to detail and accuracy.
  14. Adaptability to changing business requirements.
