Key Responsibilities

  1. Support and maintain Workday applications critical to business operations.
  2. Manage creation and updates of Supervisory Organizations, Locations, Cost Centers, and Security Groups.
  3. Configure Core HCM setup data, compensation settings, and business processes.
  4. Develop custom and advanced reports using Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields.
  5. Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to enhance Workday capabilities.
  6. Gather requirements and troubleshoot issues within Workday configurations and data.
  7. Coordinate with vendors for process implementation and improvements.
  8. Handle large-scale data uploads for absence management.
  9. Configure and test Workday features and business processes as per requirements.
  10. Manage Workday Inbox delegation and workflow updates.
  11. Monitor Workday releases and apply relevant feature updates.
  12. Conduct regression testing and support production environments.
  13. Provide technical documentation and manage support tickets.
  14. Analyze and compare data between PeopleSoft and Workday.
  15. Participate in system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • 1–2 years of experience in Workday Core HCM and related modules
  • SQL/PostgreSQL query experience
  • Familiarity with JIRA and STAT tools
  • Understanding of Workday integrations: EIB, Core Connector, Document Transformation
  • Knowledge of Absence Management, Time Tracking, Compensation, Security, and BP configurations
  • Experience comparing data between PeopleSoft and Workday
  • Technical documentation and issue resolution skills
  • Strong communication and flexibility in working hours
