Job Overview

Philips is hiring a Learning Content Developer-MRI in Bangalore to develop high-quality learning solutions for MRI service and installation activities. The role involves creating e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, and blended learning content while following defined instructional design frameworks, templates, processes, and governance standards. The selected candidate will work with Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts to develop accurate, consistent, compliant, and audit-ready learning materials.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, and blended learning solutions.
2. Convert inputs from Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts into clear and standardized learning materials.
3. Take ownership of assigned learning modules from development through completion.
4. Structure technical and instructional content using predefined templates and frameworks.
5. Perform quality assurance and validation activities on learning deliverables.
6. Ensure learning materials meet instructional, organizational, regulatory, and audit requirements.
7. Follow defined development processes, templates, and governance frameworks.
8. Identify and communicate deviations, risks, and uncertainties to Instructional Designers.
9. Update existing learning materials based on engineering changes, field feedback, and business requirements.
10. Develop learning content related to MRI field service and installation workflows.
11. Create materials covering safety, site readiness, installation, acceptance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
12. Manage assigned workload and track progress of learning deliverables.
13. Communicate project status, risks, and delays proactively.
14. Use approved authoring tools and platforms to create and maintain learning content.
15. Adopt approved AI-enabled tools and emerging learning technologies while ensuring human validation, accuracy, and compliance.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training Management, Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Vocational Education, or an equivalent field.
2. No prior experience is required for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree.
3. Candidates with Vocational Education may qualify with a minimum of 4 years of experience in areas such as Education or Training and Development in the health industry.
4. Experience in developing e-learning content is preferred.
5. Experience creating instructor-led training materials is beneficial.
6. Experience developing blended learning content is preferred.
7. Familiarity with multimedia production is an advantage.
8. Knowledge of blended learning strategies is beneficial.
9. Familiarity with learning analytics is preferred.
10. Experience with AI-assisted authoring or emerging learning technologies is an advantage.
11. Field experience in servicing or installing MRI systems is beneficial.
