Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain AI models from data collection to deployment and monitoring.
  2. Perform data analysis, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, and performance tracking.
  3. Identify areas for model improvement through research and independent analysis.
  4. Collaborate with expert colleagues and business representatives to validate results.
  5. Document development stages and present insights and options to decision-makers.
  6. Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and security standards.
  7. Provide support for production models across Asian, EU, and US time zones.

Required Skills

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or relevant STEM field.
  2. Minimum 6 months of internship experience in building AI models.
  3. Strong knowledge of Statistics, Probability Theory, and Linear Algebra.
  4. Understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts including neural networks and custom loss functions.
  5. Ability to build or fine-tune AI models for tabular and textual data.
  6. Strong programming skills in Python with OOP concepts.
  7. Experience with libraries such as NumPy, scikit-learn, pandas, PyTorch, transformers, and langchain.
  8. Knowledge of current AI and Machine Learning research trends.
  9. Strong teamwork, communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
