Key Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and analyze alerts from access control systems, CCTV, alarms, and other security tools.
  2. Triage and investigate incidents using data from camera footage, access logs, and reports.
  3. Execute procedures for physical security incidents and emergency situations.
  4. Initiate containment actions such as reviewing live feeds and remotely locking doors.
  5. Escalate incidents to GSOC and security management as per protocol.
  6. Document incident details, root causes, and corrective actions accurately.
  7. Manage employee access control including badge issuance and revocation.
  8. Investigate unauthorized access attempts and security breaches.
  9. Conduct daily system health checks for cameras and security sensors.
  10. Prepare incident reports, MIS reports, and shift handover documentation.
  11. Collaborate with HR, IT, and security teams for coordinated responses.

Required Skills

  1. Strong understanding of access control, CCTV/VMS, intrusion detection, and alarm systems.
  2. Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
  3. Excellent English communication and report-writing skills.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Ability to work in shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  6. Experience handling multiple incidents in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC).
  2. PSP (Physical Security Professional) certification by ASIS.
  3. Knowledge of ISO 27001 compliance standards.

  6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
