Key Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate provider licensure and continuing medical education requirements in the United States.
- Complete credentialing, licensing, and payor enrollment applications for clients.
- Validate and authenticate provider information with 100% accuracy.
- Communicate with providers and clients via email to collect required documents or clarifications.
- Assist in onboarding and new client implementation projects.
- Summarize research findings into clear and concise guideline documents.
- Support ad hoc operational and research projects as assigned.
Required Skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong research skills, especially using online resources.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Equivalent relevant work experience may also be considered.
