Key Responsibilities

  1. Architect and design scalable software products aligned with Salesforce engineering standards
  2. Develop high-quality backend and frontend features for Salesforce cloud applications
  3. Implement robust and efficient code following industry best practices
  4. Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and UX teams to deliver customer-focused features
  5. Ensure platform stability and performance across global deployments
  6. Create and execute test strategies for functional and non-functional testing
  7. Design automation frameworks to improve engineering efficiency
  8. Write unit, integration, and functional tests to increase automation coverage
  9. Analyze complex technical issues and perform root cause investigations
  10. Participate in code reviews to maintain engineering excellence
  11. Contribute to continuous improvements in development processes
  12. Optimize production systems using telemetry insights
  13. Ensure adherence to secure coding and compliance guidelines
  14. Maintain technical documentation for new and existing modules

Required Skills and Knowledge
