- Salary: ₹18,00,000 – ₹24,00,000 per annum (estimated for India)
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable software products aligned with Salesforce engineering standards
- Develop high-quality backend and frontend features for Salesforce cloud applications
- Implement robust and efficient code following industry best practices
- Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and UX teams to deliver customer-focused features
- Ensure platform stability and performance across global deployments
- Create and execute test strategies for functional and non-functional testing
- Design automation frameworks to improve engineering efficiency
- Write unit, integration, and functional tests to increase automation coverage
- Analyze complex technical issues and perform root cause investigations
- Participate in code reviews to maintain engineering excellence
- Contribute to continuous improvements in development processes
- Optimize production systems using telemetry insights
- Ensure adherence to secure coding and compliance guidelines
- Maintain technical documentation for new and existing modules
- Support cross-functional engineering initiatives across Salesforce products
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong analytical and logical thinking ability
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Proficiency in Java, Python, C++, or similar languages
- Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud fundamentals
- Familiarity with version control (Git)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to work in an agile environment
