Key Responsibilities

  1. Work with Associate Quant Analysts to deliver projects and services.
  2. Assist in transforming, improving, and integrating data based on business requirements.
  3. Combine datasets from multiple sources for analysis.
  4. Work with structured data systems like SQL, Athena, and AWS S3.
  5. Contribute to design and build phases for high-quality deliverables.
  6. Identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency.
  7. Collect and analyze data from internal and external sources.
  8. Support criteria development and preparation of research reports.
  9. Take ownership of assigned tasks with focus on quality and accuracy.
  10. Demonstrate strong learning ability and adapt quickly.
  11. Ensure deliverables meet deadlines and compliance standards.
  12. Participate in workflow optimization initiatives.
  13. Maintain data accuracy and integrity in analysis.
  14. Collaborate with team members on special projects.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Management, or a related quantitative discipline.
  2. 1–2 years of experience with financial products using Python.
  3. Proficiency in Python/Anaconda with Pandas and NumPy.
  4. Hands-on experience with Tableau for visualization.
  5. Strong knowledge of SQL and database systems.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA.
  7. Understanding of object-oriented programming (preferred).
  8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  9. Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  10. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  11. Strong organizational and time management skills.
