Key Responsibilities
- Assist leadership with finance and business management functions, including project management and data analysis.
- Support WLS business leads with tactical and strategic assistance to promote business priorities.
- Review and manage ad-hoc requests such as monthly and quarterly business reviews, executive management reports, and operating committee reviews.
- Deliver BAU (Business as Usual) reports on a regular cadence.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare presentation materials for management and other key stakeholders.
- Liaise with business teams on control and audit-related aspects.
- Identify and execute opportunities for efficiency and automation in data consolidation and reporting processes.
- Create and drive strategic narratives for international businesses.
- Provide strategic advisory support based on complex data analysis.
- Leverage multiple data sources to generate decision support analytics.
- Collaborate closely with global teams to align analytics solutions with business goals.
- Maintain a high standard of data accuracy and reliability.
- Utilize project management tools like JIRA to track project progress.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in data analytics.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools like Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, Qlik Sense.
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS.
- Well-developed project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to produce accurate, error-free analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of business drivers and financial metrics.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard development.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data management tools.
