Job Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Quality Assurance (Software Testing)
Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra (Work from Office, 5 days a week)
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MCA (CSE, IT, ISE, AI, ML, DS, ECE, EEE, Telecommunication)
Salary: ₹4,00,000 per annum (Post Training)
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month for 6 months during training
Service Agreement: 3 years with a bond of ₹2,00,000
Training Start Date: 28th May 2025
Onboarding Date: 2nd week of June 2025

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in software testing and quality assurance projects.
  2. Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  3. Ensure the quality and functionality of software products.
  4. Execute test cases and analyze test results.
  5. Report bugs and work closely with developers for fixes.
  6. Learn and apply software testing methodologies.
  7. Document test processes and procedures.
  8. Participate in continuous learning and development programs.
  9. Support the digital transformation initiatives of clients.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  12. Demonstrate problem-solving abilities.
  13. Contribute to the improvement of testing processes.
  14. Work effectively under tight deadlines.
  15. Maintain a proactive approach to work and learning.

Who Can Apply:

  • Graduates in B.E/B.Tech/MCA (CSE, IT, ISE, AI, ML, DS, ECE, EEE, Telecommunication).
  • Passing year: 2025.
  • Minimum 60% or 6 CGPA throughout 10th, 12th, and UG/PG.
  • No active backlogs.
  • Not more than 1 year of education gap.
  • M.E/M.Tech and Mechanical/Civil/allied branches are not eligible.
