Job Overview

General Mills is hiring an Associate D&T Analyst for its AI & Automation team in Mumbai. This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for recent graduates interested in artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation. The selected candidates will help evaluate AI tools, explore Agentic AI capabilities, support AI governance activities, coordinate workshops, and assist business teams in adopting AI technologies. This role mainly focuses on research, evaluation, communication, coordination, and documentation rather than hands-on coding or technical implementation. Fresh graduates can apply without prior full-time professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Evaluate AI tools, platforms, and new Agentic AI capabilities.
  2. Identify potential risks and provide recommendations during AI tool evaluations.
  3. Support practical AI tool trials and user testing.
  4. Document AI tool capabilities, usability, limitations, and evaluation findings.
  5. Support the improvement of AI governance processes.
  6. Assist with AI Taskforce governance readiness and communication.
  7. Understand business requirements for Agentic AI solutions.
  8. Support the development of solutions using no-code and low-code platforms.
  9. Track AI tool usage, adoption, and user feedback.
  10. Identify opportunities to improve AI solutions and business processes.
  11. Research the latest AI developments, tools, and business applications.
  12. Share relevant AI research and updates with team members.
  13. Support AI workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions.
  14. Coordinate event schedules, registrations, speakers, and logistics.
  15. Maintain AI learning resources, evaluation reports, and documentation.
  16. Collaborate with business stakeholders, AI teams, and technical specialists.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
  2. Graduates in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Finance, or Economics can also apply.
  3. Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  4. No prior full-time professional experience is required.
  5. Demonstrated interest in AI, automation, or digital transformation.
