Job Overview

TriNet is hiring fresh graduates for the Associate Data Scientist position in Hyderabad. Candidates with a background in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields can apply. Selected candidates will work with experienced data scientists and data engineers on analytical projects, machine learning models, data preparation, and model validation. Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop, test, and implement statistical and machine learning models under the guidance of senior team members.
  2. Apply machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and forecasting.
  3. Work on predefined analytical problems and business requirements.
  4. Support hypothesis testing and feature engineering activities.
  5. Perform data cleaning, transformation, and preparation for modelling.
  6. Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and trends.
  7. Identify data quality issues and support data preparation.
  8. Validate model performance using standard evaluation techniques.
  9. Ensure analytical results are accurate and reliable.
  10. Support testing and debugging of machine learning models.
  11. Work with structured and unstructured datasets.
  12. Gain exposure to NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  13. Support AI experiments, prompt execution, and model testing.
  14. Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers.
  15. Maintain technical documentation and follow coding standards.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Candidates with 0–1 year of experience are eligible.
  3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  4. Academic projects or internship experience in Analytics or Data Science will be an advantage.
  5. Candidates should have a basic understanding of statistics and machine learning.
