Accenture is hiring a Decision Science Associate to support the development of Generative AI applications, data analytics solutions, and AI-powered business tools. The role involves working with Python, SQL, APIs, large language models (LLMs), and cloud AI services. Selected candidates will help build AI applications, test AI-generated responses, prepare knowledge sources, and support deployment activities. Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the development of Generative AI applications using prompts, APIs, and existing frameworks.
  2. Assist in building applications powered by large language models.
  3. Prepare, organize, and validate knowledge sources for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions.
  4. Help develop and test conversational AI applications.
  5. Support the creation and testing of AI agents and automated workflows.
  6. Test AI application outputs using defined test cases.
  7. Analyze AI responses and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Work with Azure and AWS AI services under the guidance of senior team members.
  9. Support cloud environment configuration, application testing, and monitoring.

  12. Follow enterprise security and access management practices.
  13. Assist with application troubleshooting and debugging.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or another relevant quantitative discipline.
  2. 0–2 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, Generative AI, or related engineering.
  3. Basic to working knowledge of Python and SQL.
  4. Understanding of Generative AI, large language models, and prompt engineering.
  5. Knowledge of JSON and REST APIs.
  6. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
  7. Ability to explain personal contributions to AI projects and how solutions were tested.
