Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day data analytics and project management tasks.
- Maintain and enhance internal data infrastructure and ETL pipelines.
- Design and optimize analytics workflows from data sourcing to dashboard delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and data points.
- Develop and manage dashboards and automated reporting systems.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and document changes.
- Present updates on technology and data projects to leadership.
- Analyze fraud trends and contribute to pattern recognition strategies.
- Ensure all applications and systems follow documentation and governance requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Apply data visualization best practices for insightful reporting.
- Utilize SQL, Python, or Alteryx for data mining and transformation.
- Implement improvements to existing reporting and analytics processes.
- Work with relational databases and understand warehousing concepts.
- Support initiatives focused on process automation and data integration.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Visio
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or Alteryx
- Experience with Tableau or other BI tools
- Strong understanding of ETL, data warehousing, and relational databases
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience in user acceptance testing and documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven with high attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Skills and Knowledge
- Exposure to Machine Learning and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience with Hadoop, AWS, or GCP
- Background in fraud prevention or financial services
- Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud infrastructure
