Key Responsibilities

  1. Support day-to-day data analytics and project management tasks.
  2. Maintain and enhance internal data infrastructure and ETL pipelines.
  3. Design and optimize analytics workflows from data sourcing to dashboard delivery.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and data points.
  5. Develop and manage dashboards and automated reporting systems.
  6. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and document changes.
  7. Present updates on technology and data projects to leadership.
  8. Analyze fraud trends and contribute to pattern recognition strategies.
  9. Ensure all applications and systems follow documentation and governance requirements.
  10. Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless project execution.
  11. Apply data visualization best practices for insightful reporting.
  12. Utilize SQL, Python, or Alteryx for data mining and transformation.
  13. Implement improvements to existing reporting and analytics processes.
  14. Work with relational databases and understand warehousing concepts.
  15. Support initiatives focused on process automation and data integration.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Visio
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or Alteryx

  • Strong understanding of ETL, data warehousing, and relational databases
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
