Key Responsibilities
- Perform vulnerability analysis and penetration testing of web, thick-client, and mobile applications.
- Conduct protocol fuzz testing for industrial communication protocols.
- Provide mitigation strategies for identified vulnerabilities.
- Work closely with development teams to strengthen security controls.
- Learn and adapt quickly to dynamic cybersecurity challenges.
Required Skills and Knowledge
Primary Qualifications
- Familiarity with security penetration testing tools like Burp Suite, Kali Linux, DAST (App Scanner).
- Understanding of security protocols (HTTPS, HSTS, TLS, SSH).
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Secondary Qualifications
- Knowledge of scripting languages (TCL, Perl, Python, Shell) for exploit development.
- Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 and IEC 62443 security standards.
- Cybersecurity training or certification is an added advantage.
