Key Responsibilities
- Software Development
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using WPF, .NET, and C#.
- Ensure high-quality software solutions that meet customer and business requirements.
- Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable code using industry best practices.
- Collaboration & Integration
- Work in close collaboration with embedded teams for product integration.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless product development.
- Agile Development & Software Lifecycle
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies for software development.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and system tests.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Implement cybersecurity best practices in software development.
- Ensure compliance with Honeywell’s security policies and industry standards.
- Innovation & Problem Solving
- Analyze complex technical problems and develop structured solutions.
- Research and implement emerging technologies to enhance software efficiency.
- Develop proof-of-concept prototypes to test new technologies and approaches.
- Version Control & Deployment
- Use Visual Studio, VS Code, and GitHub for software development and version control.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines for seamless software deployment and updates.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in WPF, .NET, and C# programming.
- Experience with Visual Studio, VS Code, and GitHub.
- Knowledge of Delphi programming is a plus.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum software development lifecycle.
- Understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
- Experience in cybersecurity concepts and secure coding practices.
