Job Overview

Celonis is hiring Associate Deployment Engineers for its Galaxy Graduate Program in Bangalore. This opportunity is designed for recent graduates interested in software engineering, data analytics, artificial intelligence and technology consulting. Selected candidates will work with experienced consultants to implement the Celonis Platform, analyze business processes, transform data and develop AI-powered solutions. The role offers exposure to international clients, enterprise technology projects and business transformation initiatives through a structured 12-month graduate development program.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the implementation of the Celonis Platform for global customers.
  2. Connect customer data with business objectives and strategic outcomes.
  3. Participate in process mining and business discovery activities.
  4. Perform data transformation using SQL and Python.
  5. Develop AI-driven analyses to identify business execution gaps.
  6. Support the development of Machine Learning and LLM-based solutions.
  7. Build and deploy AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers.
  8. Participate in customer discovery and requirement-gathering workshops.
  9. Communicate technical findings to business stakeholders.
  10. Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable technical solutions.
  11. Maintain high-quality project documentation.
  12. Ensure quality control across code, data analysis and project deliverables.
  13. Collaborate with Business Analytics, Academy and Global Programs teams.
  14. Work with Product, Engineering, Solution Architecture and Celonis Support teams.
  15. Contribute to improving business efficiency and customer platform adoption.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Candidates must be recent graduates or final-year students.
  2. Applicants should have a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related technical field.
  3. Candidates must have practical experience building technical solutions through academic projects or internships.
  4. Applicants should be comfortable working with Python and SQL.
  5. Candidates must have a foundational understanding of Machine Learning and AI architectures.
  6. Applicants should have an interest in understanding how technology creates business and financial value.
  7. Candidates must possess analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Good English communication skills are required.
