Job Overview

Amazon is hiring an Associate for its ML Data Operations team under GO-AI Operations. The role supports Amazon Robotics and fulfilment centres by reviewing short videos and images of product-stowing activities. The selected candidate will use internal tools and human judgement to identify activities and mark product locations accurately. This is a non-technical, operations-focused role that helps improve inventory accuracy and supports automation and machine learning systems. Candidates should be comfortable with repetitive screen-based tasks, strict quality targets, and rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Review videos and images of product-stowing activities at Amazon fulfilment centres.
2. Identify and understand the activities shown in video clips.
3. Mark or verify product locations using internal tools.
4. Audit visual data carefully to maintain high accuracy.
5. Review several hundred videos during each shift.
6. Follow the company’s quality and productivity targets.
7. Identify details in blurry or unclear video recordings.
8. Help reduce errors in fulfilment centre operations.
9. Follow established auditing guidelines and work procedures.
10. Maintain consistent speed and accuracy throughout the shift.
11. Use human judgement to identify activities that automated systems may not recognise correctly.
12. Follow scheduled breaks and working-hour requirements.
13. Cooperate with team members and remote teams.
14. Attend virtual meetings and switch on the laptop camera when required.
15. Maintain a dedicated and secure workspace when working from home.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree.
2. Applicants should be willing to work in a non-technical role for a six-month contract.
3. Candidates must be comfortable reviewing image, video, and text-based tasks.
4. Applicants should have strong attention to detail.
