Job Overview

Accenture is hiring a Health Operations New Associate in Navi Mumbai for its healthcare operations team. The role focuses on Order Management and includes activities related to order creation, order fulfillment, financial settlement, invoice matching, inventory availability, service provisioning, and billing activation. The selected candidate will work as an individual contributor within a team, handling routine tasks under detailed instructions and close supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support day-to-day activities within the healthcare operations department.
2. Assist with activities related to medical and health services operations.
3. Support healthcare management activities for hospitals, outpatient clinics, hospices, and other healthcare facilities.
4. Work on Order Management processes from order creation through order fulfillment.
5. Support financial settlement activities related to orders.
6. Assist with order prioritization based on process requirements.
7. Handle purchase order receipt activities.
8. Support invoice matching processes.
9. Assist with checking inventory availability and order promises.
10. Support order accuracy and fulfillment activities.
11. Assist with provisioning of services and activation of billing.
12. Work with Distributed Order Management for online and physical network management.
13. Follow established processes, detailed instructions, and general guidelines.
14. Resolve routine problems using available procedures and references.
15. Work closely with team members and the direct supervisor.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Candidates must have completed graduation in any discipline.
2. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
3. Candidates should be willing to work as part of a healthcare management and operations team.
4. Candidates should be comfortable following detailed instructions and established processes.
5. Candidates should be open to working in rotational shifts if required.
