Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and technology requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into use cases, user journeys, user stories, and functional documents.
- Support delivery teams by ensuring requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with strategy.
- Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to validate requirements.
- Own and support the delivery of systems, features, and automation solutions.
- Contribute to future-state design by producing high-quality business requirements.
Required Skills
- Valid Business Analyst certification.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, UiPath, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
- Experience working with AI-driven automation solutions.
- Strong requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills.
- Good understanding of Agile principles and experience working in Agile teams.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
