Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to understand and define user requirements for product features.
- Support identification of dependencies and assist in creating design documents for new features.
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality code for products and services with guidance.
- Create and execute effective testing strategies to ensure solution quality and reliability.
- Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) to monitor systems for issues and follow playbooks to restore services.
- Improve availability, reliability, performance, observability, and operational consistency of Azure services.
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies and best practices to enhance cloud platform efficiency.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in system or application development using languages such as Rust, C++, C, C#, or Java.
- Strong understanding of software design, data structures, and system architecture.
- Ability to write clean, modular, and well-architected code.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and quality assurance practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in system or application development.
- Ability to meet Microsoft and customer security screening requirements.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup from the Hyderabad office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V, VMware, Docker, or similar tools.
- Experience working on large-scale distributed systems or cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of improving service operations and engineering fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Azure infrastructure or cloud-native development is a plus.
