Estimated Salary

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.
- Write, review, debug, and optimize production-grade code.
- Lead technical troubleshooting and resolve complex system issues.
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring issues and improve system stability.
- Drive architectural discussions with internal teams, vendors, and startups.
- Lead communities of practice to promote adoption of modern technologies.
- Ensure best practices across CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
- Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of inclusion and collaboration.
- Support business objectives through innovative and reliable technology solutions.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security and regulatory standards.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in system design and application development.
- Advanced proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation practices.
- Deep understanding of Agile and SDLC processes.
- Knowledge of application resiliency and secure coding practices.
- Experience working with cloud-native architectures.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and influence technical decisions across teams.
- Experience in financial services IT systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Strong experience with AWS Data Cloud services such as S3, Glue, Redshift, EMR, Lambda, Kinesis, and Athena.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps pipelines including CI/CD for ML models, monitoring, and versioning.
- Exposure to GenAI frameworks and tools such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or AWS Bedrock.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
- Strong understanding of data lakes, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to work on large-scale distributed systems.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
