Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop moderately complex software applications.
  2. Perform unit, system, and integration testing independently.
  3. Work with Java, Oracle, and web-based technologies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
  5. Debug production issues and identify root causes.
  6. Implement effective solutions for software defects.
  7. Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation.
  8. Participate in peer code reviews.
  9. Follow best practices in software development.
  10. Support automation and scripting initiatives.
  11. Enhance testing and deployment processes.
  12. Ensure software compliance with aerospace standards.
  13. Contribute to continuous process improvements.
  14. Support integration of software with aerospace systems.
  15. Manage multiple tasks in a dynamic engineering environment.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  1. Working knowledge of Core Java.
  2. Basic understanding of Spring Boot.
  3. Knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
  4. Familiarity with HTML, JSP, and JavaScript.
  5. Understanding of API development concepts.
  6. Exposure to React JS and jQuery.
  7. Knowledge of web and UI testing methodologies.
  8. Experience with database and API testing.
  9. Understanding of SDLC processes.
  10. Familiarity with configuration management tools.
  11. Basic scripting knowledge in Python.
  12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  13. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  14. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  15. Willingness to learn aerospace domain standards like DO-200B.
