Location: Pune, Gurgaon, Bengaluru, Noida, Chennai (India)
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field
Salary: ₹6,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum (based on experience and location)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and apply statistical models to address business challenges
- Use data-driven techniques to guide decisions for clients and internal teams
- Design customized analytics in R, SAS, Tableau, Excel, or Visual Basic
- Present insights through clear written and verbal communication
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Provide project status updates to clients and team members
- Create project deliverables and support solution implementation
- Work across multiple projects simultaneously
- Apply problem-solving techniques to analytical tasks
- Contribute to ZS’s analytical and thought leadership capability
- Support business strategy with data-backed recommendations
- Perform research and analysis for client engagements
- Ensure quality and accuracy of analytical outputs
- Collaborate in a team-oriented environment
- Guide and mentor junior associates when required
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Strong academic background in quantitative coursework
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or R
- Experience with analytic tools like SAS, Tableau, VBA
- Exposure to Hadoop ecosystem and database platforms
- Excellent communication skills
