Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Estimated Salary: ₹20,00,000 – ₹35,00,000 per annum (based on market estimates for Lead Full Stack Developer roles in India with 5–7 years of experience)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
  2. Build responsive, dynamic UIs using React and integrate with backend services.
  3. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Concourse and Git.
  4. Deploy and monitor applications on Cloud Foundry.
  5. Utilize RabbitMQ for asynchronous messaging between services.
  6. Optimize Oracle database schemas and queries for performance.
  7. Collaborate effectively in Agile teams, participating in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
  8. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and software development best practices.
  9. Design and develop Microservices architecture.
  10. Handle backend development using Java and Spring Boot.
  11. Manage frontend development using React.
  12. Maintain version control using Git.
  13. Perform cloud deployment and management.
  14. Troubleshoot integration and messaging issues using RabbitMQ.
  15. Stay updated with modern DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React, Express.js.
  • Experience in Oracle DB schema design and query optimization.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools, especially Concourse.
  • Hands-on with Git.
  • Experience deploying on Cloud Foundry.
  • Familiarity with RabbitMQ.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Collaboration experience in cross-functional Agile teams.
