Selected candidates will handle customer queries through calls, emails, chats, and social media. Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle customer requests and inquiries through email, chat, calls, and social media.
  2. Resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
  3. Ensure customer queries are answered within the required time.
  4. Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  5. Achieve monthly productivity and performance targets.
  6. Meet contact centre service-level agreements (SLAs).
  7. Follow company policies and customer data security guidelines.
  8. Maintain confidentiality and comply with non-disclosure agreements.
  9. Complete mandatory training and online learning courses.
  10. Attend coaching and feedback sessions.
  11. Apply feedback to improve work performance.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Candidates must be 2026 passouts.
  2. Any full-time undergraduate or postgraduate degree is accepted.

  4. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
