Job Overview
Schneider Electric is hiring a Data Analyst I to join its energy and sustainability services group in Gurgaon. The role involves working with invoice and billing data, identifying and resolving billing discrepancies, conducting invoice audits, maintaining databases, preparing Excel-based calculations, and updating reports. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze invoices and identify billing-related issues.
- Resolve billing discrepancies with suppliers through phone or email.
- Conduct invoice audits to identify incorrect charges.
- Use Excel or internal tools to review and validate invoice data.
- Update reports and share them with customers.
- Create Excel-based calculations using customer contract information.
- Maintain special databases related to contracting and billing data.
- Support contract administration activities.
- Participate effectively in internal and external communications.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Eligibility Criteria
- University or college degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
