Key Responsibilities

1. Update and modify Market Information data based on internal client-initiated changes.
2. Conduct research through Bloomberg and Reuters to identify missing Market Data.
3. Participate in and coordinate special projects such as data clean-up and process improvements.
4. Ensure completion and sign-off of checklists, metrics, and end-of-day (EOD) activities.
5. Maintain and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), issue logs, and project trackers.
6. Handle and monitor issue and query emails, escalating concerns to managers when necessary.
7. Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and demonstrate determination in issue resolution.
8. Communicate accurately with internal business partners and stakeholders.
9. Manage business partner expectations while maintaining a strong professional rapport.
10. Develop an in-depth understanding of operational systems and trade flow processes.
