Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales teams to identify client pain points and business needs.
Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical network solutions.
Design and present customized network architecture aligned with business goals.
Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of network solutions.
Support proposal development by working closely with engineering and marketing teams.
Assist in the creation of solution documents and technical proposals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies and industry trends.
Attend industry conferences and events to build client relationships.
Generate leads through networking and strategic engagements.
Contribute to pre-sales processes and proposal lifecycle.
Provide technical inputs during customer meetings and workshops.
Engage in technical discussions and respond to client queries.
Assist in competitive analysis to tailor solutions effectively.
Ensure alignment of proposed solutions with Infosys service offerings.
Support internal teams in refining pre-sales tools and templates.
