Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify client pain points and business needs.
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical network solutions.
- Design and present customized network architecture aligned with business goals.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of network solutions.
- Support proposal development by working closely with engineering and marketing teams.
- Assist in the creation of solution documents and technical proposals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Attend industry conferences and events to build client relationships.
- Generate leads through networking and strategic engagements.
- Contribute to pre-sales processes and proposal lifecycle.
- Provide technical inputs during customer meetings and workshops.
- Engage in technical discussions and respond to client queries.
- Assist in competitive analysis to tailor solutions effectively.
- Ensure alignment of proposed solutions with Infosys service offerings.
- Support internal teams in refining pre-sales tools and templates.
