Estimated Salary: ₹4,50,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

  1. Monitor customer service calls to assess quality and compliance.
  2. Provide actionable insights to improve service delivery.
  3. Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance processes.
  4. Evaluate advisor recommendations for accuracy and effectiveness.
  5. Offer constructive feedback to improve advisor performance.
  6. Develop and refine customer support quality standards.
  7. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
  8. Track performance metrics and identify improvement areas.
  9. Ensure adherence to Ditto’s customer-first philosophy.
  10. Support the training of advisors through insights and feedback.
  11. Maintain documentation of quality audits and evaluations.
  12. Ensure processes align with company policies and compliance requirements.
  13. Contribute to the creation of customer service best practices.
  14. Help identify service gaps and recommend improvements.
  15. Uphold Ditto’s “No-spam” and user-centric policies.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Excellent listening and analytical abilities.
  • Prior experience in customer service or quality assurance (0–3 years).
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback effectively.
  • Strong ownership mindset and leadership qualities.
  • Collaborative and adaptable working style.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and deliver quality service.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products (preferred, not mandatory).
