Job Overview
Groww is hiring a Creative Illustrator to join its creative team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will create illustrations and visual assets that bring Groww’s campaigns, social media, brand communication, events and marketing to life, helping millions of Indians understand and engage with financial products.
A key part of the job is turning ideas, information and data into simple, engaging visuals, including data visualisations that make complex financial information easy to understand. You will work closely with designers, copywriters and creative leads, manage several projects at once and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines.
This is a strong opportunity for an illustrator with 3–4 years of experience who enjoys visual storytelling and wants to see their work reach a very large audience at one of India’s fastest-growing financial services companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Create illustrations and visual assets for campaigns, social media, brand, events and marketing.
- Turn ideas, information and data into simple, engaging visuals.
- Create data visualisations that make complex information easy to understand.
- Work closely with designers, copywriters and creative leads.
- Handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Keep illustrations consistent with Groww’s brand style across channels.
- Incorporate feedback from creative leads and iterate on concepts quickly.
- Prepare final artwork in the formats needed for digital and marketing use.
Eligibility Criteria
- 3–4 years of experience in illustration or visual design.
- A strong portfolio showing good visual sense.
- Degree or diploma in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work well under pressure and within tight timelines.
- Curious, collaborative and open to feedback.
- Willing to work from Groww’s Bengaluru office.
