Job Overview

Paytm is hiring Talent Acquisition Interns for its Non-Tech Recruitment team in Gurugram and Noida. Selected candidates will work with recruiters to source, screen, and coordinate candidates for business, sales, operations, and corporate roles. Key Responsibilities

  1. Source candidates through job portals, social media, campus databases, and internal platforms.
  2. Identify suitable candidates for business, sales, operations, and corporate positions.
  3. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  4. Conduct initial phone evaluations to assess candidate suitability.
  5. Evaluate candidates’ communication skills and role alignment.
  6. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  7. Manage interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  8. Maintain candidate information in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  9. Update recruitment trackers and candidate application stages.
  10. Conduct market research to identify potential candidates.
  11. Support recruiters with talent mapping and sourcing strategies.
  12. Use AI tools and prompts to improve recruitment activities.
  13. Draft candidate outreach messages, interview invitations, and follow-ups.
  14. Use automation tools to improve recruitment productivity.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Candidates pursuing or recently completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree can apply.
  2. MBA/PGDM candidates specializing in Human Resources are preferred.
  3. Freshers and students interested in recruitment can apply.
  4. Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
