Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze procurement spending across suppliers, product categories, business units, and geographical regions.
  2. Clean, validate, classify, and categorize spend data to improve accuracy.
  3. Identify duplicate supplier records and support supplier consolidation analysis.
  4. Analyze purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement transactions.
  5. Maintain spend classifications and category hierarchies for reporting.
  6. Identify unnecessary spending, fragmented purchases, and supplier-related cost-saving opportunities.
  7. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for business stakeholders.
  8. Perform data quality checks and investigate errors or inconsistencies.
  9. Understand customer requirements and convert them into useful analytical outputs.
  10. Recommend improvements in spending visibility, sourcing, and supplier management.
  11. Support the implementation and improvement of Zycus Spend Management solutions.
  12. Collaborate with product, engineering, consulting, and customer success teams.
  13. Use AI tools to improve data analysis, research, documentation, and reporting.
  14. Explore AI-based solutions for data classification, quality checks, and automated insights.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
