Key Responsibilities:
- Provide voice-based support to customers via inbound and outbound calls.
- Communicate clearly and confidently to build a strong rapport with customers.
- Understand customer issues and deliver quick and accurate resolutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with first-time resolution.
- Collaborate with the technical team for faster issue resolution.
- Identify documentation gaps by coordinating with the technical content team.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Document technical issues and customer interactions accurately.
- Stay updated with Zoho’s product knowledge and updates.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of queries.
- Adhere to company’s support policies and quality standards.
- Provide timely updates to customers on the status of their issues.
- Manage multiple queries in a fast-paced support environment.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical and support skills.
- Support global clients while adapting to various communication styles and needs.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
