Shift: Night Shift (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide voice-based support to customers via inbound and outbound calls.
  2. Communicate clearly and confidently to build a strong rapport with customers.
  3. Understand customer issues and deliver quick and accurate resolutions.
  4. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with first-time resolution.
  5. Collaborate with the technical team for faster issue resolution.
  6. Identify documentation gaps by coordinating with the technical content team.
  7. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  8. Document technical issues and customer interactions accurately.
  9. Stay updated with Zoho’s product knowledge and updates.
  10. Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of queries.
  11. Adhere to company’s support policies and quality standards.
  12. Provide timely updates to customers on the status of their issues.
  13. Manage multiple queries in a fast-paced support environment.
  14. Participate in training sessions to enhance technical and support skills.
  15. Support global clients while adapting to various communication styles and needs.
