Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual and automation testing for Zoho products.
- Create detailed test cases, scenarios, and scripts.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure product stability.
- Generate and test large datasets for system validation.
- Carry out backend testing to validate data flows.
- Test database operations using MySQL/PgSQL.
- Use Selenium and JMeter for automation and performance testing.
- Collaborate with developers to debug and resolve issues.
- Assist product managers and support teams in issue resolution.
- Re-test fixed bugs to confirm issue resolution.
- Document and report testing results clearly.
- Contribute to building automation test frameworks.
- Support product release cycles with thorough QA coverage.
- Maintain quality assurance standards throughout SDLC.
- Identify and suggest improvements for test processes.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Manual and automation testing expertise.
- Strong Java programming knowledge (OOP, exception handling, file handling, DB operations).
- Proficiency in MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Selenium and JMeter.
- Ability to create and manage large datasets for rigorous testing.
- Backend testing and validation expertise.

- Familiarity with QA processes and tools.
