Salary: ₹6.5 – ₹9 LPA (Estimated for this role in India)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and interpret cloud dashboards and alerts diligently.
  2. Resolve basic issues independently.
  3. Escalate complex and urgent issues to senior teams.
  4. Coordinate with internal departments and occasionally customers.
  5. Track customer SLAs and escalate if delays occur.
  6. Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
  7. Manage cases in the electronic case management system.
  8. Monitor case backlogs and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
  9. Share regular case and status reports with stakeholders.
  10. Support shift-based operations including nights and weekends.
  11. Execute scheduled manual cloud tasks.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
  13. Ensure adherence to ITIL processes.
  14. Maintain focus on service quality and uptime.
  15. Continuously update knowledge of cloud monitoring practices.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  1. Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  2. Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
  3. Understanding of databases and web services.
  4. Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
  5. Basic scripting in Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
  6. Familiarity with SQL and REST API calls.
  7. Understanding of infrastructure and application monitoring.
  8. Knowledge of latency, performance, and availability metrics.
  9. Basic troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
  10. Knowledge of HTML and markup languages.
  11. Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Event).
  12. Ability to work in rotational shifts.
  13. Strong communication and documentation skills.
  14. Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  15. Entry-level certifications from AWS, Cisco, Microsoft, or CompTIA (preferred).
