Key Responsibilities
- Participate in project development under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Assist in coding, debugging, and testing applications across domains.
- Work with multiple programming languages such as Java, C, C++, or Python.
- Contribute to requirement gathering and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
- Participate in problem-solving for live technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with Wipro’s coding and development standards.
- Apply logical and quantitative reasoning in technical problem-solving.
- Support project teams in software deployment and system configuration.
- Participate in business discussions to understand client needs.
- Develop communication skills through client interactions.
- Work on automation and process optimization tasks.
- Engage in hands-on training modules during onboarding.
- Adapt to diverse technologies and domains as per project allocation.

Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (C, C++, Java, Python).
- Good understanding of computer science fundamentals.
- Ability to apply quantitative aptitude in solving real-world problems.
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and essay writing.
- Effective verbal communication for voice-based assessments and client calls.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Time management and multitasking ability.
- Commitment to completing tasks within deadlines.
