Key Responsibilities

  5. Complete M.Tech coursework from a Wipro-associated premier institute.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. 10th Standard: Pass
  2. 12th Standard: Pass
  3. Graduation Score: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA
  4. Year of Passing: 2025
  5. Qualification:
    1. BCA
    2. B.Sc (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics)
  6. Core Mathematics must be studied during graduation.
  7. Maximum 1 active backlog allowed during online assessment.
  8. All backlogs must be cleared by the 6th semester.
  9. Maximum education gap allowed: 3 years (excluding graduation).
  10. Graduation must be completed within 3 years with no gaps.
  11. Candidate must be 18 years or older at the time of registration.
  12. Indian Citizen or PIO / OCI card holder.

Selection Process

  1. Round 1: Online Assessment
    1. Verbal Ability – 20 questions (20 minutes)
    2. Analytical Ability – 20 questions (20 minutes)
    3. Quantitative Ability – 20 questions (20 minutes)
    4. Written Communication Test – 20 minutes
  2. Round 2: Voice Assessment
  3. Round 3: Business Discussion

Service Agreement Details

  1. Duration: 60 months
  2. Joining bonus repayment applies on a pro-rata basis if the candidate leaves early.
