Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational metrics.
• Conduct data and business analysis, presenting actionable insights to management.
• Create and manage databases, including Agent Scorecards, Payroll Inputs, and Attrition Dashboards.
• Generate and distribute management reports accurately and on time.
• Provide strong analytical support to the management team.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Establish strong relationships with team managers and other stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance, or related fields.
  • Alternatively, 2 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
