Key Responsibilities
- Process all types of invoices such as PO, non-PO, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Analyse and resolve blocked invoices.
- Communicate with internal teams and clients to resolve invoice-related queries.
- Prepare and update daily reports on accounts payable operations.
- Perform follow-ups for pending documents required for payments.
- Ensure adherence to standard filing and documentation procedures.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Identify and address discrepancies in invoice processing.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into accounting systems.
- Provide support during audits and compliance checks.
- Stay updated on accounting principles and AP process standards.
- Collaborate with other finance teams to support process improvements.
- Uphold the company’s values of integrity, trust, and professionalism.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
