Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist users in restoring system functionality through guided steps.
  2. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues remotely.
  3. Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams.
  4. Coordinate service requests such as software installations and user access management.
  5. Ensure timely ticket resolution and keep users informed of progress.
  6. Learn and follow service desk policies and procedures.
  7. Contribute to improving the service desk knowledge base.
  8. Deliver support aligned with organizational SLAs.
  9. Participate in special IT support projects when assigned.
  10. Maintain accurate documentation of service desk activities.
  11. Ensure adherence to IT security and data protection protocols.
  12. Provide professional and courteous support interactions.
  13. Assist in identifying recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
  14. Stay updated on new tools and technologies used by the team.
  15. Support a positive customer experience in all interactions.

Required Skills and Knowledge:
