Key Responsibilities

  2. Probe, triage, and dispatch jobs to the right person with the right skill at the right time.
  3. Handle inbound and outbound calls within critical performance metrics.
  4. Allocate resources efficiently to ensure smooth store operations.
  5. Respond promptly and appropriately to urgent situations requiring quick turnaround.
  6. Perform root cause analysis for first-level issues.
  7. Apply continuous improvement (CI) tools and techniques to identify operational improvements.
  8. Ensure speed and accuracy while handling assigned tasks.
  9. Apply fundamental work theories, concepts, and processes in day-to-day operations.
  10. Document issues and resolutions effectively for process improvement.
  11. Maintain clear communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
  12. Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members when necessary.
  13. Ensure timely decision-making in line with organizational guidelines.
  14. Contribute ideas for improving service delivery and efficiency.
