Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to Tesco’s Business Code of Conduct, ensuring integrity and diligence in all tasks.
- Probe, triage, and dispatch jobs to the right person with the right skill at the right time.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls within critical performance metrics.
- Allocate resources efficiently to ensure smooth store operations.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to urgent situations requiring quick turnaround.
- Perform root cause analysis for first-level issues.
- Apply continuous improvement (CI) tools and techniques to identify operational improvements.
- Ensure speed and accuracy while handling assigned tasks.
- Apply fundamental work theories, concepts, and processes in day-to-day operations.
- Document issues and resolutions effectively for process improvement.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Ensure timely decision-making in line with organizational guidelines.
- Contribute ideas for improving service delivery and efficiency.
- Support colleagues and cross-functional teams in achieving operational goals.
