Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain employee data globally.
- Prepare and update candidate trackers.
- Ensure trackers are aligned and up to date for effective HR reporting.
- Assist in the pre-onboarding process of new hires.
- Support HR team in maintaining compliance with processes.
- Provide accurate and timely data for HR analytics and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth HR operations.
- Contribute to streamlining HR processes and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and HR events.
- Participate in HR-related projects as assigned.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for HR service delivery.
- Prepare presentations and reports as required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in HR operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and standards in all HR activities.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in HR or Business-related field preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
