Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and maintain employee data globally.
  2. Prepare and update candidate trackers.
  3. Ensure trackers are aligned and up to date for effective HR reporting.
  4. Assist in the pre-onboarding process of new hires.
  5. Support HR team in maintaining compliance with processes.
  6. Provide accurate and timely data for HR analytics and reporting.
  7. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth HR operations.
  8. Contribute to streamlining HR processes and documentation.
  9. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data.
  10. Assist in organizing employee engagement and HR events.
  11. Participate in HR-related projects as assigned.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for HR service delivery.
  13. Prepare presentations and reports as required.
  14. Support continuous improvement initiatives in HR operations.
  15. Ensure adherence to company policies and standards in all HR activities.

Skills & Requirements
