Key Responsibilities
- Interpret complex contract terms and deal models, enter data into financial tools, and align with signed contracts.
- Create calculation tools and forecast files based on client contracts.
- Maintain SLA calculations and support contract renewal discussions.
- Develop and implement baseline operating plans and execute monthly forecasting for revenue and variable margins.
- Manage forecasts across contract terms and meet quarterly forecast deadlines.
- Analyze P&L, provide variance analysis, and lead monthly financial reviews.
- Track financial risks and opportunities, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Create and update pricing models and ad-hoc financial reports.
- Manage month-end close processes including validating revenue, variance analysis, accruals, and journal entries.
- Update project forecasts for risks and opportunities.
- Use Workday & Adaptive Insight for P&L reporting and data presentation.
- Validate pricing models to meet delegated authority guidelines.
- Assist with pricing requests and detailed client P&L analysis.
- Work independently, requiring minimal supervision.
- Provide clear financial insights to guide client teams and executives.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
- Ability to interpret complex contracts and financial models.
- Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and P&L analysis.
- Familiarity with Workday & Adaptive Insight tools.
- Good knowledge of SLA calculations, pricing models, and contract management.
- Understanding of journal entries, accruals, and revenue recognition.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to meet stringent deadlines and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of financial tools and software applications.
