Key Responsibilities
- Support a wide range of HR functions that are largely transaction-based.
- Process and review HR transactions as per standard operating procedures.
- Assist the manager in workflow management and reporting.
- Perform data management activities ensuring 100% quality for critical processes and 99% for non-critical processes.
- Manage HR application tools and update employee database records accurately.
- Work extensively on HR Cruise tool for updates and reporting.
- Contribute as part of the Quality Control team to maintain positive quality trends.
- Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes and operations.
- Strong data management and attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to follow SOPs and compliance guidelines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently within deadlines.
