Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze financial data from various sources.
- Extract, validate, and enter data into internal systems.
- Work with datasets, workflows, and assigned tools.
- Deliver individual and team targets with high accuracy.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained in data operations.
- Troubleshoot issues and support workflow improvements.
- Provide timely responses to queries from team members.
- Collaborate with colleagues across global offices.
- Monitor trade publications, websites, and news aggregators.
- Summarize and synthesize insights from company filings.
- Assist in maintaining data integrity and completeness.
- Support process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Learn and adapt to new data collection methodologies.
- Maintain compliance with internal guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Fresh graduate or final-year student in commerce or finance.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting.
- Knowledge of financial statements and annual reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to rotational shifts, including night shifts.
